Advisor Data Practices

Privacy Policy

Effective September 8, 2026

1. Information collected

Agency Access collects the Advisor name, agency name, and access code required to establish an authorized session. Individual modules may collect client or business information only when an Advisor intentionally uses that module.

2. How information is used

Information is used to authenticate access, maintain the Advisor workspace, provide requested module functions, preserve authorized work, support security, and diagnose operational issues.

3. Contract research

State, local, and public-sector repository search does not require a business profile. Search selections may be processed to return contract results, but the Portal does not use those selections to make an eligibility or award decision.

4. Sessions and security

The system uses secure session mechanisms and server-side controls to protect authorized areas. Users should sign out on shared devices and protect agency access information from unauthorized use.

5. Service providers

Apropos Group LLC may use hosting, database, analytics, communications, and security providers to operate the system. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary for those services or as required by law.

6. Retention and requests

Information is retained according to operational, contractual, security, and legal needs. Authorized organizations may contact Apropos Group LLC regarding access, correction, or deletion requests.

7. External sources

Links to issuing agencies and procurement publishers lead to independently operated services with their own privacy practices.
